How do I
place an order?
You can place an order by clicking on 'Shop' from the menu at the top of this page. Once you've been directed to our shop, select which size and grade of syrup you would like to purchase. Your selection will be added to your cart and you can check out by entering your shipping and payment information. Some grades may no longer be available in our store, as we only make our syrup in small batches.
You can pay for our maple syrup with any major credit card. Orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped through USPS Priority Mail. We try to fit most orders into 2-Day Priority Regional-Rate boxes. If your order is too large, your package will be sent to you via UPS. We always provide you with shipping confirmation and a tracking number.

We guarantee our maple syrup and hope you will never need to return it. If you find any problems with your order, we will gladly exchange it or issue you a refund. We pack all of our syrup with great care, but if any bottles are damaged during shipment, we will send you a replacement order.
